IPSR is a part of a government registered society named  PEASSS (REGD.). PEASSS was established in 2000 with a dual aim- (A) to produce highly skilled human resource, which can make a positive contribution in relevant industry/market (B) to provide professional education to educated, underprivileged, unemployed young generation and got them placed with good remunerations so that they can make positive contributions to the society. PEASSS decided to address both the purpose by establishment of quality professional institute.
